Robert Morris College, a private college in Illinois, underwent multiple changes in its historical trajectory. It was founded as the Pittsburgh School of Accountancy in 1921, renamed to Robert Morris Junior College in 1962 after merging with two other business schools, and then renamed to Robert Morris College (RMC) in 1969. In 2009, RMC expanded to become Robert Morris University Illinois (RMUI) to offer four-year bachelor’s degrees.
